TO THE FESTIVAL!
We’re busy finalising details for our 2026 festival. Keep an eye on our socials below for the latest news.
Welcome to the home of the Wirral Theatre Festival. Our aim is to showcase local stories and nurture professional talent either entering or re-emerging into the industry. This year our festival is taking place at the Floral Pavilion once again. We are also spending one day at the beautiful Williamson Art Gallery in Oxton.
For now, we recommend that you follow our progress through our Facebook page (see the icon at the bottom of this page). All new announcements and website updates will be made through there first.
Our long term aim for the festival is for it to become self-funding. There will also be a pot of money set aside each year for creatives to apply for to help them beyond the festival. This could be money for marketing, promotional materials, a simple website or some expert advice on how to take their work further.
Come and spend the day!
There are so many places to visit in New Brighton. We’ll be trying to showcase as many of these to give anyone from outside the region some ideas of other things to do whilst they’re at our festival!
If you have any suggestions of what we should include. Please email us using the form on this page!
